Open Call for ‘Capturing the Unseen Workshop’ in Lviv!

Pochen Biennale together with Lviv Municipal Art Center, presents a unique photography project from April 25 to May 3 that will allow you to shoot your first analog photos and become part of an international exhibition!

We are looking for curious and creative people aged 14 to 18 from Lviv who are eager to learn how to express their vision through photography.

No prior experience with analog photography is needed — just bring your enthusiasm and an open mind! We’ll provide cameras and all the materials.

What will happen?

  • A photography workshop with German artist Max Mendez and Ukrainian photographer Volodymyr Voznyy, where you will teach the fundamentals of analog photography, film development, and image curation.
  • The chance to develop your unique artistic style and create meaningful visual stories.
  • Work with a youth curatorial team to prepare an exhibition in Lviv. Selected works will later be displayed in the Gunzenhauser Museum in Chemnitz.
  • Engage in creative discussions and explore new ways of seeing and documenting your city and your life.

You should speak a little English.
